Same exact thing happened to me I went by the dealer-Long story short the dealer messed up my email address so I got no email. A few moments ago I used Ford Chat and asked their CSR to verify my order. She wanted my order # and the dealer's sales code. I have the first but not the second. She said no problem, just tell me the dealer and their address. She looked it up and confirmed my Maverick is in the system and ordered yesterday.
Those of you a bit nervous over no email try this. It worked for me. I trust my dealer but nothing wrong with double checking.![]()
I just got off of Ford Chat. They are telling me they cannot confirm whether the order that they show as scheduled is a MY22 or MY 23. Your order number is tied to your MY22 order so that is what they are responding to. There is no linkage between MY22 and MY23 (i.e., order number is likely to be different) so until you give them the MY23 order number they will not be able to look it up.I just got off of Ford Chat. I would like to see if my M22 Maverick order was successfully rolled over to a MY23 order. My MY22 order number was XXXX. I don't know MY23 order number. Sales Code 71176. Salesman says MY23 order was place on Thursday 9/15, but I have not receive a confirmation email from Ford.

I see a current status of In Order Processing. What this means is the order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. It will then be scheduled and placed in the first available production week.
