Same here chat confirmed the order, no email yet on my side. Chatted with sales person who sent me snippet of the order on webdo, also snippet of my info on the system which looked all good including email. He also sent me copy of the covp status which is in waiting state as people need to verify it and it says upto 72 hours.

Still really frustrating that we are having different experiences here.

It would be really easy to prevent a lot of unnecessary frustration. Which makes it more frustrating.

Thank you for the kind words. Glad to be able to give back a little to the community here. To be honest I was amazed I got the info from chat so easily and quickly. Courteous and very helpful. I felt I needed to share this as the story goes the order banks may be closing shortly and it would put many minds at ease as this has been a stressful process for some. It sure put our minds at ease on this end.

Now we just kick back and wait and see where this all leads.

I felt I needed to share this as the story goes the order banks may be closing shortly and it would put many minds at ease. It sure put our minds at ease on this end.
Same here. I think my BP dropped 40 points as soon as she responded positively.

I also appreciate you posting this tip. I was able to confirm my new '23 order using the Ford chat (rolling over an October '22 order). I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail yet where as I got one right away for my old '22 order when it was placed.

A perfect example of the total lies dealership will use. I got a total of 6 emails about my Maverick from Ford.
6?? I’ve only received the confirmed email. Should I have gotten more?
