Turns out my dealer typed my email address in wrong - bugged them this morning about not getting the email, they corrected it, and got an email 15 minutes later. Woohoo!

I've had better luck calling Ford directly. The wait time is never long, and I've had nothing but friendly people assist me. I get ZERO communication from my Dealer, and emails are hit and miss. The tracker site only works sometime. My Lariat Hybrid (ordered 7/31/21) just got build yesterday!
