No email?

I ordered my Maverick back in Sept and I hadn't received any email whatsoever. Not even that they received my order. I went in a few months back to the dealer to ask them and they didn't have any info either. Just the other day I went in again and to my surprise they told me my build date is April 29th! (This dealer has been zero help throughout this process btw but I'm sure that's not new). But I still have no email, my Ford Account has no reservations or orders. I plan to call Ford, but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue too.

You are far from alone. Was in the same capacious boat and relied on the customer service phone number for info prior to vehicle's arrival.

BTW, nobody's Maverick order comes up on the Ford account site (supposedly something to do with the unique ordering process).

Received the very first e-mail ever from the dealer, thanking me for my purchase some days after I drove it home.

Ahhh ok all good to know! My biggest concern was not having any clue when or if it's built and all of a sudden it's 3 days out from hitting the dealer and I gotta get all my affairs in order suddenly. Glad I'm not the only one,thanks and I hope you're enjoying the mav!

Yeah, same thing happened to me. Mid oct order - Eco Larit Lux and I'm scheduled to be built this week (4/4). I emailed the dealer last week and they let me know. Otherwise I have had zero emails or communication since.
