Scheduled to be built this week but no email yet

Wondering if this is common and I just can't find the other threads for it? But I got an email what seems like months ago saying my truck will be built the week of 9/20

I'd assume they'd send some email, but I've never got another email since then. My truck hasn't hit the "production" step either on that timeline thing

Go there and put your order # (4 character/digit value from your dealer order sheet), and your VIN which should have been in your scheduling email.

You'll be able to see your timeline there. If you see 'In Production' with no date, you are slated to be built this week. If next to 'In Production' you see a specific date (i.e today, 9/20) then 9/20 would be your actual build day. Also the site/details can update and not accurate, but at least these first 2 steps should be consistent.

Mines sat at in production since I got my vin. But I called the Ford customer service number earlier the lady I spoke with said I may not get anymore emails or updates via the website as they were having issues and I may not know anything until the dealership gets a memo saying it's in shipping or maybe nothing until the dealer calls to say it's here. Soooo not exactly expecting much as I've seen this same thing already play out last week...
