@MrCigar I have exactly the same issue you described. And it happened for the first time today after I left the car outside and it was raining like crazy here in north California. What was the root cause and solution the dealership fixed?
Anyone else is waiting on Ford to come back with the certificate. My dealership said they have given everything needed and they are waiting for FORD rep. They said that ford looks to have a big backlog of these issues. Not sure why this should take more than few days!
So latest update the dealer sales rep told me that "Ford said it can take up to 14 days to process the certificate". is that your experience also @fordvideoguy. how long did it take on your case when you contacted the S&I rep until certificate showed up in the system.

I put order with my dealer last week. looking on all the emails flying around for people getting their Mav scheduled 6-8 months after they put their order means that I should expect mine to come by Jul-Sep of 2022!? in that case shouldn't it better to get a 2023 year model.

do I need to be worried with my car getting delayed if I ordered the lariat with Luxury package and the spray-in is default and can't be removed unless I remove the all package which is a deal breaker for me.
