Newest 45 day email not received

Stupid question: but can you check to make sure your Ford account is still set up to send you emails? I know Ford disabled mine after a time.

This is likely not the case given no one is mentioning getting their emails, but I figured we could rule out one thing.

Good question but I just checked and my "Email Communication" consent box was checked.

Did anyone ever find out why some people's orders show up on their account page, before they get their schedueld email?

No 45 day emails for either of the (2) Mav's we have on order. Have gotten all the emails previously for both. Should have gotten the latest email at the end of April. Maybe Ford is giving up,lol?

My wife is buying a 2023 Escape Hybrid AWD so that's exciting

I was supposed to receive my newest 45 day email on April 30th but haven't so far. I have received all of my emails (45 day and order confirmation) until now.

Are there other fellow unscheduled who have not received their latest round of 45 day emails?

Edit: checked with support just in case, it's still "Unscheduled - Clean".

Give it a day or so.

Because it means they still have the order...

people get a strange sense of reassurance by a computer generated e-mail.

Same here, my 45 notice was due yesterday. Was hoping for a schedule email, got neither so far. Just more money in the bank for bigger down payment and/or more money to keep my 94 ranger running.

Figured it might have been since I "canceled" my order a few weeks back and my dealer actually cancelled it instead of keeping it open on their books.

But I can still see the order in my ford.com account and now think I am just in the same group as everyone else who is reporting theirs simply has not come in yet (and my dealer did not in fact cancel my order when I asked them to). Suppose we will know for sure if/when I get my 45 day email (or don't get it....).

No dealership will "cancel" a Maverick order right now. They will let allow it to be built, add thousands in Additional Dealer Profit fees, and sell it to the next person waiting in line.

Talked with chat and they did the "make sure your email is correct" and after I pointed out I was getting emails just fine they responded with "we can't see that system". So yeah it means nothing as they confirmed I am not scheduled. It's probably just some lazy employee forgot to setup the email batch send.
