where's my 45 day email

Ordered EB 9/16/22. Received Ford's "We're sorry, But" emails on 10/31, 12/15, 1/29 and 3/16. No email around 5/1. Has something changed for the positive? Ordered in Florida but just moved to Summit County Colorado and Florida dealer says they can transfer the delivery to here for $500. Don't know how all that works. So just waiting. Regards Jeff
