Newest 45 day email not received

I was supposed to receive my newest 45 day email on April 30th but haven't so far. I have received all of my emails (45 day and order confirmation) until now.

Are there other fellow unscheduled who have not received their latest round of 45 day emails?

Edit: checked with support just in case, it's still "Unscheduled - Clean".

yeah, same here. figured it might show up this morning instead, they usually come in around 10:30-11ish for me, but so far nothing.

Last time mine was late, I got excited, and then they just sent the email late. I wouldn't read too much into it, sadly.

Mine was due yesterday too... nothing so far. Not overly concerned about not receiving that email. I'd much rather get a scheduling lottery email.

Same here. Email was due yesterday, but I haven’t received anything yet. I think I may have received one of the previous emails a day or two late.

Figured it might have been since I "canceled" my order a few weeks back and my dealer actually cancelled it instead of keeping it open on their books.

But I can still see the order in my ford.com account and now think I am just in the same group as everyone else who is reporting theirs simply has not come in yet (and my dealer did not in fact cancel my order when I asked them to). Suppose we will know for sure if/when I get my 45 day email (or don't get it....).

In March I got the 45 day email in the morning and a couple hours later I got the scheduling email. So just because you get one doesn't mean you won't get the other!

I'm 3 days overdue for mine now. was suppose to come in on saturday but nothing.

edit: I had forgotten I was waiting for it still until I saw this thread.

Last email was March 16th for me. It is due. If not today, calls to Ford Headquarters and emails go out to Ford. Last time I sent emails out, the 45 day email came through before noon.

Stupid question: but can you check to make sure your Ford account is still set up to send you emails? I know Ford disabled mine after a time.

This is likely not the case given no one is mentioning getting their emails, but I figured we could rule out one thing.
