How are people seeing this on their trucks when they are built and in transit? When I try to activate it on the app, it just throws an error.

I noticed the app finally offered the option to activate at 6 AM this morning (around the same time I received the shipped e-mail) but was getting an error the handful of times I tried activating. 'Sorry, there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights.' When I tried around 11 AM it didn't give an error although is still sitting at 'Activation Pending'.

Ohhh I thought I was doing something wrong but if you just happen to get lucky and it goes through then I get it. Thanks for clarifying!

I think maybe it is time to get the lawyers involved. Discovery filings of units shipped and order dates might be revealing as to what is going on.

Im suspicious that my truck is already at the detailer ship now that the tracking moved on from "shipped" to "final preparation" It would make sense if it was delivered and they were finishing up final specs like spray in liner but I didn't get anything that would need that. maybe a spare tire?

Damn……Expecting March 7th and just checked and the date is out and final prep is added…..so more waiting….I’m happy to have my Mav build in process….while chewing on the calendar…..

This exact same thing happened to my order. Est Delivery date is gone with a new Final step. Not sure what this means, but it is kind of weird.
Last update I got from my dealer last Thursday was that there is no rail car # assigned yet and it was in Nogales Mexico. It shipped 2/16 and isn't even in the US. I will know when it gets delivered because I signed up for the Oviss delivery notifications via the United Road website. I won't have any visibility on it until it gets to Delaware and is picked up by the trucking company.
I have been seeing a lot of Bronco Sports, Escapes and F150s get delivered recently, but no Mavericks.

Same here. Date for 3/7 is now gone and finale preparation has appeared. Really hoping it's still on track and this isn't some wonky chip situation.

Same with mine, it went from 3/13 delivery to final preparation today. I called my salesman and he said it was not delivered and reminded me that Ford is on drugs with their order tracking system.

Mine too-- Just happened today. My truck showed "shipped" yesterday, with an April 5 delivery date. It still shows shipped today but added the "final prep" step and removed the estimated delivery. Be interesting to know if Ford is rebuilding the tracker or something else is going on. Maybe Tim will weigh in and help us out.

They also too out the statement “Average transit takesbetween 12 and 28 days”. Mine left Mexico on Feb. 12 and has been sitting in Illinois since Feb. 19. I did have estimate delivery between March 13 and 19. This is heading to Northern Virginia.
