I never get any emails from Ford, but I called Ford Marketing today and I got it-- I got a VIN! I don't have a build date, but I've got a VIN! And I can actually look up my truck on Ford Vehicle Tracking and SEE my order (for the first time ever) and see that my order is correct.

I'm in the same boat. No emails of any kind from Ford, nothing about free FITS. My dealer just tells me it is "in process". When I challenged him on the lack of emails he tells me that about 30% of the orders never get any emails and that it's a "Ford problem." Really annoying.
