The tracker only works if you have a VIN number. Once you do, it should work. Unfortunately I don't think it will show shipment progress unless traveling by convoy (most are by rail). The nice thing is that it will often load when the actual Ford tracker won't. I ordered a month before you and got a VIN in May so there's still hope. Try the chat feature at Ford.com - that's how I found out I had a VIN.it wonāt work for me. I ordered my Maverick September 7, 2021 and I havenāt heard anything. Itās horrible I donāt even have a vin number
