The Alto Blue really looks good, I almost wish I had gone with it.

I went to the Ford dealer that my cousin was the F&I manager just to chat with a long time sales person there about how they were doing with Mavericks. I have purchased my Fords from this dealership.
There was a XLT hybrid Alto Blue there. I love dark blue but the Alto Blue almost looks black unless the sun hits it just right. Too dark for me personally but does look great! I have an Area51 XLT hybrid on order.

I picked Alto Blue. It looks good on the computer screen, which is the only place I can view it for the last 9 months.

I did a DM with specific suggestions on how to improve their communications. They need to fill in the gap between Order Confirmation and Scheduling. Seems like after it gets scheduled they do OK on updates. No reply yet.

Hey now, I ordered in October and haven't heard a peep about a build date yet. I'm just as ticked as you guys that ordered before me when we see orders placed in January get selected already. And I did order from a larger volume dealer in SW Ohio.

I was scheduled for 4/18, then bumped up to 4/11, now back to 4/18. We will see if it really happens. Anxious to see the delay between build and delivery.

The guy I talked to, I think he said Varsity Ford. But his brother is life long buddy of their GM or something. My dealer here is very small. Life long friend also, he is doing all he can for me. My family has been buying Fords from them since 1958. They have owned it since 1955.

I am also in the U.P. ordered from Riverside, I was told I was the first to place Maverick order with them on July 1st. Still waiting! Where and when did you place your order?

I wrote and received a reply stating they were going to contact the factory to see what the hold up is then would get back to me in 5 to 7 business days.

No build date yet and no spam email either that some are getting now.

Not holding my breath. That Santa Cruz is looking better every day.
