The seat belt warning pop up

Latching all three rear seatbelts will prevent the pop up. I made up some simple, dummy clips from some plastic I had.

The seatbelt warnings and chimes on startup were the most annoying but I turned them off with forscan. The usb ports not having lights around them is bullshit.

What really bugs me is an EB gas filler door that opens at a mere whisper. I would have liked an inside door release lever.

The glacially slow seatbelt retraction and the super sensitive kick off for turn signals, I hit the turn signal and then if you gently blow on the steering wheel it clicks off.
Both of those are Ford things and both have driven me nuts for years.

The location of the reverse sensor display (circled in red) perfectly blocks your view of approaching cars when backing into the street from angled parking. Why didn't they place it on the other side of the screen?

Mine does not do that either.

The flip key with the overly sensitive buttons. I have no idea how many times I've locked and unlocked the truck when I'm doing stuff. The number of times I've set off the panic alarm, or found the doors unlocked when I know I locked them is infuriating. Worse yet when the stupid thing opens in my pocket and stabs me in the leg.

Hmmm... mine does not do either.

Yep....mine either. Seat belts are normal...and blinker off sensitivity is like my other Ford truck...and EVERY other car I normally drive. Not sure how you are "hitting" it off.

My only complaint is the lack of heads up display in my Lariat. Most of the complaints listed in this thread do not bother me.

My least favorite is the 4.5 foot bed.

Turns out way more objects are 5 foot than I thought.

#1 the lack of push to start button in a xlt luxury was a big miss on my book, it should be there period.

#2 the so fragile plastic interior is a nightmare, also agree in a basic maverick you could let it go, but in a lariat the quality should be better.

But my biggest complaint or regret is not getting the lariat AWD with sun roof, but that's on me.
