Thanks. Thats what I was planning doing, just using the Turtle Wax. Would PPF have any issues with the turtle wax? Which would go on first?
PPF will go on first. You can then apply any ceramic coating, paint sealant, or wax over the PPF to enhance the slickness/hydrophobic properties of it. The PPF also has filling capabilities so it'll mask any minor scratches/swirls that may exist.

I local detailer has quoted me $1500 for Ceramic Coating and Rust Proofing package deal ($1300 and $500 respectively) and $499 for SIBL, $250 for front bumper PPF. For a 2023 Maverick XLT LUX FX4. Is it worth it? For a cheap vehicle like that maverick, even though mine came to 31k, would it be smarter to do DIY ceramic with turtle wax, and fluid film rust proofing? Don't have experience with either. Planning to keep for atleast 8 years. Thoughts?
iffy. id shop around a bit. my pricing comes in a solid below that. does it come with paint correction as needed before the coating and ppf? however if tou feel like it i say try it yourself at least the ceramics since they ar egetting easier and easier to use by the day. long gone are the days where i was doing modestas and using the lamp in the garage etc now they make it so easy for us! the SIBL... thats up to you, no real experience witb those
