I might have a set of silvers coilovers for sale. Only a month old. These have the swift spring upgrade. Only because I'm now thinking of ordering a 2024 or 2025 hybrid. That's what I wanted originally. I currently have a ecoboost.
No problem. My noises are from the coilovers not the lowering springs. I like being 1"+ lower. Looks better. I have H&R lowering springs. I heard the old version of the Eibach's making noises. I think the have fixed that issue.
My pictures on here are with the lowering springs, not the coilovers. I did install the Silvers coilovers, but I went with the 9k 7k. I haven't put the wheels back on yet because of the cold weather is still here. But yes there are some noise with them. I need to tinker with them soon.
But as...
I think a hybrid will hold its value over a eco.. I would never buy a XL . Even at 1/2 price. Some people add all the extra stuff to the XL after buying. I love the extras in my Lariat. To each there own. I never would purchase a base model car or truck. That's just me. This is my opinion.
That's cool, my H&R super sports didn't make any noise. But I didn't like how the coils were all touching once they were installed. But I just switched to silvers coilovers. And mine are making noise. Not sure what to do? I went through every nut and bolt. What I like with the coilovers vs...
Thanks, for that. I'm worried about rubbing. I raised the front to 30 1/4 and the rear to 30 1/2. I'm worried about the front, because my summer wheels are 1 inch taller. So 1/2 more on the ground and 1/2 in the fender wells. Also my rear coilovers are making knock noises over bumps?
Looks good. Red and white are my 2 choices in vehicles. Do you know your current ride height? I just installed the Silvers. What a job that was to adjust. Mine is at 30" from the ground to the top of the fender wells. And for some reason the rears are all the way down. I'm going up on the...
That sucks about the tires and the fender liners. I don't drive much to wear out tires. I have 6k miles on my truck in almost 2 years. And 2 sets tires, stock and my summer ones. But I will do a alignment soon after. Thanks for the info. Also your truck looks great. Really good in the sun.
Thanks for the pictures and the feedback. I'm kinda cheap , so I don't like spending money on something I might not need. If I can get a good alignment and not need the camber links. But at the end of the day I will probably get them at some point.
Did you have the adjustable camber arms on in this picture? Back looks low. I just received my silvers coilovers, the Lawrence gills . I'm putting them on in a week or so.
Sorry, I was talking was
Sorry, I was sending that message to the guy who said he was on stock rims with Eibach's. I didn't think Scales have the swift option?
