Tim just shared on his podcast the last Maverick for MY23 will be built mid-October. A month and a half before last year.

Current Ford plan. Can change. EBs should all be scheduled by then but still looking at half of the hybrids still being unbuilt even with the third shift.

I guess the speculation of MY2023 being shorter than usual was correct considering that MY2022 production ran into November and December 2022. Shorter MY2023 also gives Ford the chance to bump up the base prices of the Mavericks yet again for MY2024.

The 'short MY' predictions were like June or July. October is a more traditional switchover month for Hermosillo at least with Bronco Sport production.

So only 4 1/2 more months of scheduling: June, July, August, September and 1/2 of October as current scheduling is through the end of May.

Given their throughput with an extra shift, that is roughly 55,000 more Mavericks. They have only scheduled 49,000 so far.

If I'm Ford, I don't open it at all for hybrid. I simply roll those over and say, "This is it." Open it for EB only with the allocation information in advance.
