That's just it, I don't think they care at this point. They have a huge following and even better reputation, the fact that one vehicle has an issue isn't going to make a difference to them. They told my installer they would "make it right with the customer". I called the same day and that's the day they told me I could send them back to them to be tested. I assume on a press of some kind to test the spring rate. But that it would be all on me at that point, they weren't covering any costs. So a few heated words were exchanged and I hung up the phone.He needs to get back on the forum and address all these issues people before all this word of mouth gets around!!
