6 months in and 95% of the time the only thing I’ve had in my bed is plastic bins which I use for groceries or just keeping smaller things I’m carrying from rolling around. I leave them back there and they don’t slide around much aside from when I move them.

Was surprised how scratched up the bed is getting.

Going to get a spray in liner shortly.

Maybe what you need is a bed mat or rug?
yeah, I’m getting a spray in soon. I’ve owned a lot of pickups that got more use and didn’t scratch up as easy. I think the paint just isn’t very tough.

Wow! That is really scratched up. I ordered a drop in bed liner and the hard roll up cover but it looks like the dealer left the bed liner off by accident. Seeing your scratched up bed I will definitely get one after market.

Assuming they build my truck this year LOL. I have a VIN but I've also had 4 different build dates so I'm more than a little skeptical on the getting built thing. If it rolls to 2023 I'll tweak the order.

Just get a mat and put a nice new liner in just before you sell it.

On the bright side youve done half the scuffing prep job the shop would have to do prior to spraying 😂
Hahaha.. I'd say closer to 100%🤮. Good God... I've been waiting a month to get a dibl ordered from Ford and in the meantime, I place a new set of carpeted floor mats turned upside down and under anything placed in the bed to prevent scratches.

I use horse wash stall mats in mine and they work great. The open design makes them lighter and easier to move/wash. Things don't slide around on the grippy rubber.
Two of the 3x3 mats cover the bed between wheel wells and onto the open tailgate.
