I put in my order for an Area 51 XLT with Luxury package on 10/12, so now the waiting game.

I just looked at the ford website and it shows Hybrid as 'limited availability'

We ordered the same day, and very similar builds, except I did cactus gray and I added 360. That Area 51 looks sharp on my wife’s bronco sport. Good luck on your build!

Well you know on December 8th the OKTB should come from Ford so your hybrid should be moving your way soon after that.

So I ordered the Lariat lux package at 11-15 deadline and got priority code 10 is that good? I don't know how the priority code system works.

That is excellent! You are at the highest priority placed by the dealer, from there Ford pulls those down to 2 where that group is then chosen for scheduling

Since ordering is now closed for hybrids, do u think asking my guys at the dealer to change my priority code will mess up my order??

You should be at a 10 which is the highest level a dealership can set

My bad. I failed to mention I'm currently at a 19. Want to be at 10...

I put 500 down and Ordered 9/8 XLT hybrid with hitch. 9/18 locked in 1.9% and got build date of 11/8 and got vin number.

on11/18 tracker showed my window sticker. On 11/25 that date on sticker was 11/26

i saw my salesman 11/23 at dealer and he said truck was built.

please note: i have never got an email from Ford. Ford site says i dont have a reservation or order.

Does anyone know if Ford still plans to begin shipments of Hybrids on 12/8? I remember reading that a few weeks ago after the EPA got released? My apologies if this has already been addressed in this tread.

As of right now Ford is slated to give the OKTB on December 8th. If that does happen then hybrids will start shipping out to dealers to be picked by owners.

Yes, 10 would be the best your salesperson can do and there shouldn't be any reason they can't change it.
