Looks like the shipping is delayed....I was expecting parts for mine to show up this week. Nope. Here is the note from today: " SUPPLIER IS PAST DUE, WAITING ON A SHIP PLAN, ETA TBD "

But it does look like 96 have been shipped to the packager. About 400 on b/o now.

Mine haven't arrived yet either...... My order was early enough that mine should be one of the 96 currently at the "packager", but who knows!

Hybrid XLT 19k miles. I've had the CEL on for a few weeks. No issues driving. Dealer set up a tech appointment for March 3rd. I was told it's ok to drive as long as the light is not flashing. I've just been using the vehicle for light errands. This is the code from Auto Zone. Frustrating to have the light on because I'm obsessive compulsive about stuff like that. Will update when I have more info

Just got the P237C code at 12k miles on a hybrid. Ford dealer/service unable to find any cause but says the CEL appears off and on when starting.
This better be covered by warranty cause definitely looking like a defect.

Well it was covered. Technicians were confused about the error code. I think they just cleared the code and gave it back to me. Code came back with P237D code. So dropped the truck off again.

side note: thought I would get my airbag recall done while they had it and they damaged the interior. So they are repairing that while it’s in the shop again.

Anyone get the "cat/exhaust" replaced yet for this Code? My dealer has been waiting on the parts since december.

The wait is over! It goes in Monday for the valve/exhaust replacement.

All Mavericks after around September '22 are like that. Ford switched to that metal mesh patch which functions similar to a resonator.

Yes, this is normal. On both EcoBoost and Hybrids the resonator (used to be just before the tailpipe on early builds) was deleted in favor of the resonance patch seen here. All Mavericks going forward are built this way.

I had an appointment for my dealer to perform the air bag recall last Thursday for about a month. "Conveniently" the CEL came on the Monday before...the P237C code...so I was able to have it added to the list. They kept the Maverick overnight...it's the 3rd or 4th air bag recall they've done...did the annual state inspection (it's been a year already!)...and checked out the CEL code. Looks like I'll be getting the new exhaust parts which are on backorder (about 4 weeks they think). They said I can still drive the truck with no problem...good thing since I have a trip to Maryland coming up the first week of May.

Hopefully it will be taken care of in time for Carlisle!

They did the air bag recall with perfection...no finger prints, marks, or anything on the headliner and other parts. Now we wait for the exhaust parts.
