Almost sounds like the threshold of detection for a short is too close to an incandescent bulb. The shop manual has some conflicting information on this, which doesn't help. The main description describes DTC B1445:11 as, "Rear Park Lamps Output: Circuit Short To Ground A: ONE OR MORE FRONT PARKING LAMPS ARE INOPERATIVE OR ALWAYS ON - LOW SERIES HEADLAMPS (Parking, Rear and License Plate Lamps)" It then goes on to state that the Fault Trigger Condition for this particular DTC indicates that the BCM detected an open or short to voltage in the LH rear parking lamps output circuit, and that the causes are the bulb, wiring/connectors, or BCM. Actually, I think I saw a category in ForScan that has a bunch of test, I'll look into that.

Also, that is indeed some conflicting info, but again, I really appreciate the in-depth info, at least I have a base to trace the issue down :)
