I bought from Granger in 12/2021. They are an outstanding dealership!! Low fees and no pressure for add-ons. I highly recommend buying from Granger!

I took delivery of my Mav in June 2023 from Granger and I go along with your comments. It was such an easy transaction for a car dealership. And while other dealers or stealers were charging $5-10K over MSRP, Granger offered $3K below. And actually, I somehow received a little more than that off the MSRP so my drive from Illinois to Granger IA was worth the trip. If I am ever in the market again for a Ford, I will definitely check them out again.

Yeah me too. I'm a little worried about the local dealer, they're a member of a dealer group with a not-wonderful reputation. We'll have to see though.

I was told by Granger that they do business with folks in all 50 states. WOW, if you fly in like many folks do, they will even pick you up at the airport. This is a dealership that actually takes care of their customers. When I picked up my Mav in June 2023, their lot was scarce of Mav's because of availability issue's, but they had a ton, maybe 75 -80 or more Bronco Sports and Granger said that they were all sold waiting to be picked up. A volume dealer that's for sure. Must be doing something right,. Right ?

Granger Ford was very fair to us. My wife and I wanted two Mavericks so we ordered them from GF. They held the first one for us until the 2nd one arrived. We flew up and were picked up promptly at the airport. Both Mavericks were waiting for us and we were on our way home in less than an hour. A drama free experience.

The trailer assist feature is suppose to be available in Job 2 which is unknown exactly when it will start. We are telling customers to hold off until it become available before starting the process.

If there is a feature that is missing, Ford does credit it back but amount can vary.

The Ford Video Guy has received information from Ford about the trailer assist feature. When it is available to order as an option, it will cost $300. There will be no discounts for current orders that do not have this feature.

I thought it was labeled as “standard” at least on some trims.

Last week I ordered at 25’ XLT AWD from Granger. ordered it for 3% off Invoice (lower than MSRP).
Received my confirmation from Ford today. So far so good.

My local dealer would only do full MSRP unfortunately.
