I am hoping someone has an idea for my ELM327 not connecting to my maverick. I ordered this model off Amazon and I downloaded the drivers fine. I get 1 red light and then nothing more when I connect to the mav.

I also went through to the website below and followed those directions. The device shows up in the Device Manager and while I run Windows 10, I also changed compatibility to Windows 7 and still nothing. I then downloaded the free Software to test if ELM327 is working (via this site) and all lines were green meaning it was connected. http://www.totalcardiagnostics.com/...elm327-usb-cable-on-windows-and-obd2-software

I have unplugged everything and replugged again, restarted, and still nothing. I am thinking my next bet may be to buy the more expensive programmer below to see if it works.

I have the ELM327 connector and it worked just find for adding ECO and SPORT modes to my TREMOR... Now how do we turn off the Start/Stop function???

I have made a multitude of changes to my 2023 Bronco with Forscan. It's not as intimidating as it sounds. I'm going to plug in to the Maverick for the 1st time today and just look around and see what's available to adjust.

Gonna make the plunge! I'm sure this may be debatable, but is there a general consensus on which scanner is the best one to buy, bang for the buck and features wise? Will my old Dell Venue Tablet running Windows 11 suffice for running the the software?

Does anyone know if you can adjust the speed at which your seatbelt chime starts?
I had a 22 mav and the chime didn't start until 15mph, I now have a 23 mav and the chime starts at 5mph. sometimes I just drive down the street to pick up my daughter and don't even go over 15 mph, I would like to set this back to 15.

yes, there is a setting for something like seatbelt chime country. Changing that to EU makes the Chime start at 13 mph.

And yes, I know most people just put everything on auto, but I personally get pretty annoyed when someone is just sitting in their car across from me and is just shining their bright ass headlights into my face the entire time or doing that into a shopping plaza.

Curious if you ever learned more about how to suppress the autolamps. I found this on the online version of the manual, and it seems to say that the daytime lamps don't turn on until the truck is in Drive, but I've no way to confirm the change personally, since I can't put it in drive and watch it at the same time!

• The transmission is not in park (P) for vehicles with automatic transmissions or you release the parking brake for vehicles with manual transmissions.
• The lighting control is in the autolamps position.

Oh I've turned daytime running lamps off completely in the settings. I'm talking about the actual headlight switch for the actual lights as in driving at night. It starts on auto by default, I'd prefer if it started in off as I like to manually switch on my lights myself.
