Ford sends out (blanket spam) email -- "An Important Update About Your Order"

Received the email. EB AWD 4k tow Lux, 11/8 order date. I’m basically never getting this thing.

I absolutely do not understand this email. It says in the subject line that there is a change to my order.

There is nothing at all in the text about a change.

Then the header says there is important update about my order.

There is nothing about MY order at all in the text.

Who puts these things together? Don't you think at least one literate person would read it before it's sent to thousands of people?

Edit: all they had to say was "update on maverick production"

I just received mine: 10:14pm CT. From initial post to now, that's a long time. It must be an email blast to all of us if it's taking this long for them to send out.

This. What exactly is the update? In fairness it is literally the very first communication I have ever received from Ford or my dealer. I may reply and let them know I long ago gave up on Ford and bought a Ridgeline
