Yeah I don’t think the train arriving within just a few days is realistic. If it were at the depot awaiting a truck to transport, it wouldn’t say “inactive”. I’d get on the ford customer service chat and see what they say if you’re really dying to know

It says inactive. That probably means the rail car hasn’t arrived yet- mine said the same until it arrived at the depot two days ago. You can get in customer service chat on ford.com and they should have your rail car number and maybe some more info about where your truck is right now. when did...

Oh weird. Maybe that’s what happens after you pick up the car and it’s no longer “processing”. I ordered from the north Philly Chapman so not dealing with Steve but that would be cool if mine mysteriously popped up like that despite not having an email from Ford 🤞

Oh wow that’s weird. Did you ever check the status of your truck (clicking the link in your “shipped” email) and see if it ever changed? Mine still says shipped and I haven’t asked Chapman yet if it has arrived (my date is 3/23-3/29) because I assumed the ford email would come first…

Did you also get an email from Ford saying it was delivered/in final preparation? If so, did that email come around the same time as the contact from Chapman?

Same, J-Wieds. Mine supposedly shipped Feb 26 and I got the email. I’m not goin HAM with the tracking like you rail car guys but I assume it’s on the way.

Sounds like it might be pretty close... I'm March 23-29th, and it would be very convenient for me that date is correct, since I'm ordering from out of town, and will be near the area I ordered from at the end of the month... Good luck...
