I just had my 2023 XLT set up and flat towed approx 60 miles yesterday. Yes, I have a charge line. Everything was fine till I went to disengage. It looked like it was it park but got msg that neutral towing was still engaged. Group on fb told me disconnect negative terminal on battery under back seat to reset and that worked but said this group might help me with steps to prevent this. I followed the manual instructions.
