I appreciate the offer and if I need to I will most certainly do so. Our current service writer at our local Ford is on top of it and has always provided fantastic service, as has the rest of the shop. He actually has reached out to his people at your company to see if they have more information.
He needs to know because they may want to open an engineering investigation into the returned part. Might be the start of a vendor QA issue.

Follow up with him… can’t hurt and may help others in the long run.

Started the truck to cool it down while loading up the bed, it was parked.
Then I'll go with "are you sure it was the radiator fan and not the AC compressor". It can be quite loud if you have max cool active or temp set to LOW! It is high speed three phase scroll compressor.

"...sounds like a small airplane taking off..."
Fans can be loud, but a fan blowing air doesn't make ungodly noise. If it does then something is wrong with it's motor. My previous F150 would sometimes kick its fan into high gear and yes, it was "airplane" loud.

Guess it could be the AC, I usually keep it on Auto at 68F. Didn't open the hood to check, just thought it was louder than other vehicles I've driven.

AC can be scary loud. Set at 68 on automatic and cabin temp high enough plus any additional cooling demands (HVB cooling assist plus other?) Can cause MAX COOL which result in high rpm of scroll compressor. It will get your attention. The clearances in the compressor are very close and do not touch but.... Try setting AC to 70-71. What is lowest setting on AC? If it's 68 then you are on max cool and AC will work at max speed.

...not the compressor...
One might think this, but it is the compressor. Electric compressors ramp up and down unlike the traditional belt driven compressors. From inside the cabin the sound is hardly noticeable. The cabin fan is, well, in the cabin. Anyhow, in a number of weeks I hope a different compressor quiets things down.

Mine is crazy loud too. I’m going to add this to the list of things to look at during my first oil change

Just started my Hybrid. AC set to low with fan speed 6. Ambient temp 98.6°F. Truck sat over 24 hours parked in shade, ice has not started yet. I assume HVB, trans fluid, nor anything else is requesting cooling assistance from AC compressor. I expect the fluid pump for the HVB to be running. Since it should have been close to ambient but day max was 102.3°F so it could have still been there. In any case this is my AC compressor running.

Yours sounds loud too. It's tough to tell from a video. Some here think mine sounds normal. Perhaps it is for a Maverick, but I assure everyone it is loud and I believe it is not normal. I've never had an AC anywhere near as loud as my Maverick. Do you think yours is loud? Kind of sounds like it.

Ok. I stand corrected. This is "normal".

Camera and microphone position means everything.

Here is it 2 or 3 inches from the compressor.
HOWEVER I CANNOT HEAR IT AT ALL INSIDE THE CAB of the truck. Seems fine.

My compressor isn't all that loud either from inside the cabin. I can still hear it though. My ears are attuned to the sound. From outside the cabin - hood open or closed...doesn't matter - the compressor is loud. It's embarrassingly loud. It turns people's heads. WTF looks on their faces. It isn't normal.
