He needs to know because they may want to open an engineering investigation into the returned part. Might be the start of a vendor QA issue.I appreciate the offer and if I need to I will most certainly do so. Our current service writer at our local Ford is on top of it and has always provided fantastic service, as has the rest of the shop. He actually has reached out to his people at your company to see if they have more information.
