I don't really believe it but the dash told me this morning I averaged 60 MPG on my commute. It is fairly low speed (<50mph) without too many stops but 60 MPG seems really high.
I get 79 on my morning commute, mostly downhill over 20 miles on school days at an 30-40mph.

I don't think downhill was a factor here. Some minor ups and downs and half of the trip is retracing my route so that should be a net zero.

I get about 32 mpg on 2 lane highways with northwest Georgia hills over the course of a full tank of gas. That's hand calculated and recorded on fuelly. I have adjusted my AFE Factor to get the dashboard MPG readout to be more accurate.

42+ is likely a short trip and an over exaggeration by the uncalibrated dashboard readout.
How did you " adjust the AFE Factor to get the dashboard MPG readout to be more accurate"?

I was very surprised at how efficient this little truck is. Anyone else getting these numbers?

Not bad, but it's no hybrid. My personal best was like 113, but my phone's battery was too low to take a pic.

Well, 26 miles isn't much of a demonstration. Too easy to manipulate ( see any number of Hybrid threads...). Show us what it shows after a tankful or two. Then show how many gallons were pumped in to show ACTUAL fuel mileage!
I drove my Mav to Phoenix and back just 2 weeks ago. about 650 miles. I set my cruise at 70 and ran the air about half the time. I divided my miles by my fuel used from fill up to fill up. My 22 Mav has 9,000 miles. I got a little over 32 mpg using 87 octane gas. Nobody is getting a legitimate 40 mpg with their Mav eco unless they are only driving downhill all the time. I was happy with my mpg and know it was as good as it gets and am happy with that.

You must've coasted for a long way at pretty low speed to do this EcoBoost.

alot of butthurt people on this thread. Yes we know the Hybrid is better on gas, that is a surprise to no-one, fact is, if driven carefully, the EB can achieve 40mg on the highway.
The picture below shows a journey I've done 10+ times since I've owned this truck, the MPG varies little from this picture and hand calculated it generally falls within 2% accuracy on the screen.

For us U.S. people, that equates to almost 38 MPG!

My ecoboost is flattened at 25mpg. Still better than my Ram I had. I don't drive like a maniac but also not like a boomer.

Friday night I went to see some bands play. Checked the mileage on the way back. 49.9 mpg, including about 10 highway miles and I did catch myself doing 85 on the highway. 44 miles, 45 minutes. This was without trying. It could've been better.

600 miles SHOULD be beyond your expectation as it will not happen...

I drive my Hybrid out of my garage and frequently show 999.99 MPG on the display.... I have a high degree of confidence I won't be getting 14,000 miles on a single tank.....

.
I've gotten that on several >10 miles trips down the canyon in our hybrid. Unfortunately back up is usually ~40mpg. We're at 51.6mpg (on-board estimate) with multiple 700+ mile tanks in the first 9,600 miles. That's about half highway miles. I'm a conservative driver who always beats EPA estimates and knows how to optimize a hybrid, but even I am impressed.
