I'd picked up Hybrid XLT on 02/05/2022.

Anyone has issue with driver side door always being indicated AJAR on gauge cluster? I'd have to close the door with a slight slam to get this AJAR annoyance go away.

Also, what's a good mileage for break-in oil change?

Same. Have to close much more harder than any car I drove.

Have owned or driven dozens of vehicles and for manually operated doors (in my experience) that's S.O.P. to ensure a door is fully and firmly closed. (VW bugs were so airtight it sometimes helped to crack open a window first!)

Stray thought - could it be you are pulling the door shut by grasping the latch handle rather than using the protrusion of the split armrest?

As for initial oil change interval, consult the owner's manual.

I am getting the error both on driver and driver side rear doors. I got them a lot the first week, but as time goes on less and less. maybe I am getting used to pulling harder and my kid is tired of me stopping the truck and telling him to recluse the door. I don't know, but haven't had the error in the last 5 days, maybe it just needs to break in.

I have seen it a few times. If I don’t close the driver door with authority. I would say slam at all, but I do have to mean it.

The rubber weatherstrips are very stiff when new and become more flexible with time and 'collapse' a little too, making it easier to close - if it keeps happening stop by the dealer and show them, see what they say...

My driver side door if I gently push it, won't latch completely. Have to get a little oomph to it. From inside closing it, not a problem yet.

Not sure if it's just that I'm trying not to slam the door or if there is a legitimate issue. None of the other three have done it

I'm the same as you. I have to close pretty deliberately from the outside, or it won't quite close all the way. But I don't have any issues pulling it closed from inside. But I never need to slam it or give it excessive force. This thing is pretty air tight.
