Doors will not auto lock until truck is moving. Have tried the back door, I bet it is unlocked.

I have a 2024 Lariat... I tried locking my door and closing with the engine running... Truck beeps at me as soon as I hit the lock button on the door (if the engine is running). If I try to leave the fob in the car (not running) as soon as I close the door after hitting the lock on the door, it beeps at me and unlocks automatically. So... Assuming this issue is a key to start vehicle, not push button with fob.

I don't think it's just restricted to those with push button start or Lariat's. I think those owners with keyed ignitions are doing the same thing.
If you take a look at my video. You'll see that when pushing open the door, the manual locking lever above the door handle is being inadvertently pushed locking the door, at which point you can close the door. You will not get a horn beep you will not get an automatic unlock.

Am thinking it is keyed trucks, not push button start vehicles that are having this issue. I tried hitting the button to lock and close the door with the engine running (I have Lariat with push to start) and as soon as you hit the lock button, the horn toots and it unlocks automatically. Without engine running and fob in vehicle, as soon as you close the door, after hitting the lock, it toots and unlocks. Hence, don't think it is possible for this to happen with the Lariat with push button to start (with fob).

My XLT FX4 Lux does this offen I've been told that am hitting the lock lever getting out , Iam very careful when getting out and doors still lock, I've been locked out a few times with truck running, I never get out now without leaving a window open even though I have a key pad too enter. There are many posts about this subject if you search it. Unfortunately never happens when at dealer, they think am crazy. Same thing with washer fluid light comes on tank full, last oil change it happened on way home drove back to dealer to show them and was off and they filled the tank to brim, am I crazy!!

Please video this phenomenon. Making sure if you do, that you focus on the door lock lever showing that is is indeed unlocked when you close your door.

Nope....it doesn't matter...Keyed or push button start. The "Lever" everyone is pushing in on exit is the same on ALL the trucks.

If it's pushbutton start like my Bronco Sport was you're touching the top of the outside door handle when closing it. Touching those little lines on top of the handle will lock it. Touching the inside of the door handle will unlock it.

with my 24 Lariat, there is no way to accidentally lock the door with or without the truck running and the fob is in the truck.... The horn will toot and truck unlocks the doors....

The washer fluid light is a known problem. Dealer replaced the sensor on mine. No more false alerts.
