I live in a rural area and I couldn't do without. Originally looked into Ford but not a fan of drilling new holes or screws because of salt used in the winter. I decided on I believe Mabetts it's been 2 years ago because they use one the same homes already in the rear well. They send larger plastic push pins but I was able to use the push pins I removed from the rear well itself.

What made me post a poll was noticing a picture in a post. Nice looking 2022 so 4 years old pretty clean except the mud splashed from the front tires. Made me wonder if it was aesthetics.or other reasons why one would not add mudflaps.

Like I mentioned I live in a rural area many roads are dirt and I have a mile and half one way or three miles another of dirt just to get out. Anyway that's why I added them to reduce mud on the sides of the truck and reduce rock chips.

Got the Ford flaps within a week or so of getting he truck. No drilling into metal, just a plastic part so rust is a non-issue. Paint rubbing can be a problem, but that is due to poor finishing work from the factory. I filled off the rough spots on the parts of the flaps near the paint, and rubbing is not happening anymore.

First thing I added within a week of getting my Tremor. Have a half mile of gravel driveway!

City truck that seldomly sees a dirt road. I do have Mabett fender flare and AT tires, but the truck still stays clean.

I never liked the mudflap look but then ironically won a set of Mabett mudflaps in one of their MTC giveaways. Even after receiving them they sat in my house for a year and I didn't think I would ever install them. Mind was made up to either sell or give them away.
One day I was either bored or tired of looking at the box and decided to install. Install was easy, the fit was great, and I actually like the look. Put me down as a mudflap convert.

Ordered when I ordered my truck. Dealer installed before I picked it up just under 2 years ago. Drive to northern Maine in the winter to go snowmobiling. With the gravel (I swear that in some locations it is gravel, not sand) they put down on the road, are a necessity to keep the truck somewhat clean.

Always have installed mudflaps on my vehicles. Avoids rock chips to paint. They look fine unless you get the giant Cowboy semi style flaps. Those look as ridiculous as a big belt buckle.
