The difference between a <$50 mudflap set and a >$145 mudflap set is a tad more than slight...and I'm sure that for $500/pair, they'd better be capable of converting my 'rick into the world's first flying pickup truck! I mean, c'mon...they're just mudflaps.
It's not a consumable item. You'll pay once and leave them on the truck pretty much forever. And they look better and cover better.

I can't decide between the Ford product and the Muslogy product (which admittedly look very easy to install, but not very 'robust' in terms of width), so I thought I'd ask the 'hivemind' here to see what y'all are using...
I don't like the look of mud flaps, but felt I should get them for protection from stones and winter salt and the dirt roads that I rarely drive on with my FX4. I chose the Muslogy because I liked the look don't stand out too much are very reasonable 30.00 bucks on amazon, they were very easy to install half hour and came with all hardware and tools except the socket needed. I was impressed with the quality for the the price.

Same as me, didn't want them, but chose Musology and been happy with them for 1+ years -- they also came with plastic to protect the paint (I was lazy and didnt worry about it)

Skipped since the first page- mudflaps will probably make a slight MPG difference.

I got the weathertech ones. Rigid mud/splash guards. Not too expensive and it'll keep the splashing off the body at least which was the goal. The install wasnt too bad though I slightly overtorqued one of the screws but not enough to ruin it. Just get them tight there's no "so tight it stops"

LOL. Could you define "slightly".

I got Mabett's when they first came out for less than $35 and love them. I installed a permanent home made piece on the left rear to cover the gap. Took me @15 minutes. Other Mabett owners have done the same.

Not knocking the Rokblokz, they look great. They should be for what they cost.

I too installed the Muslogy mud flaps. Instead of using the supplied plastic strips for paint protection, I used 3M double sided tape to prevent flaps from damaging paint.

I posted my Rokblokz earlier but if you thought the WeatherTech were expensive then you won't like the Rokblokz. But they do block the hole on the driver side rear unlike the other flaps which I like. They also come in different colors.

The Rokblokz rear mud flap blocks the hole on the driver side rear? How does that work? Is it because these are wider than the other brands?

They are the same width the whole way up. I will snap a picture.
