My 2016 audi has an amazing start stop system. The 25 mav only works while in drive and honestly that bugs me. But, I do appreciate not wasting gas at a stop light.

The 25+ ecoboost is a redesign and should in theory not have that issue. The originals had slots cut into the block between the cylinders. These slots is where the constant headgasket issues came from. The redesign does not have those slots and are solid.

I have the same issue. 25 XLT 2.0. I assume it's extra loud injectors. Once the engine warms up, the sound completely goes away. I just call it the sewing machine until it dissipates.

If you know how to tow and have been doing it for awhile, you'll be fine as long as you're safe. Might want to upgrade the brakes to something more tow built. Just be safe. Trucks used to be vastly underrated for towing. But these days I'm not so sure. Safety first. Test it and see how you feel...

Depends on you. But for me, I'd cut off the flappy bits and then either wear the scar with pride or get ready for body work. You'd need a plastic filler, sandpaper, primer, body color paint, and clear coat. And just that little bit there could easily take you 2-3 days with prep and drying time...

My XLT uses that button as a "calming mode" for the main screen.
