Probably 100% needs a dealer visit, even if someone has had problems, the chances of it being the same is not that high. Its not like these have history in mass. Probably a bad connection/switch.

Sounds like something broke, it happens, to even brand new cars. I doubt its a engineering failure though. Could be as simple as a bolt/part was left loose...these things are put together in what, about 3 days? (or less).
