Crazy good deal on this Lear quad fold bed cover

I have been back and forth with Leer through Amazon. I actually called them out for a bait and switch. I complained to them that there was inventory when I purchased and my cc was charged but like you was cancelled the next day.
Amazon rep tried to help but they claim no inventory now.

I ordered directly from leer on the 26th, and have received not attempt at cancellation.

I noticed that there were many more $399 available for F-150 & Silverado.

The trick will somehow be getting it to arrive in time to install for tuesday without my wife asking about the big box--it's her anniversary present.

I have wanted (not needed) one since I bought my Maverick.
At $399, I could not resist.

I bought from Amazon, but not sure it would not be better to order direct from LEER.
Only negative thought is if i need to make use of warranty and they would not cover it.

Not paranoid, but if I was to do it again, I would have went direct for same price/free ship.

Looking forward to the new aesthetics and some security through obscurity.

I orignally purchased mine from AZ and contacted Leer for an issue, they sent me a new one directly.

Yeah, I pretty much called them out on the same thing. Sent two messages actually. It was weird because one of the sellers when it went back up to full price showed 5 in stock. Then the next day it would switch to another seller, but they’re showed 15 in stock. After asking about the price on both occasions (sent one message when it was showing one seller, the second message when it was showing as the other seller), Amazon just said “let me reach out to the seller about this. I got those responses twice and nothing else. Then they closed the conversation.

Ordered from Amazon and was delivered on the 28th. But the Amazon site says it will be delivered in August. Probably just overwhelmed with orders and can not catch up. It is sitting still in the box until I can put it on this weekend.

I ordered from Leer the same day I got the email with the $399 price. 5 days later LEER canceled the order due to being "out of inventory." Bummer since the same thing happened with my Amazon order a few days earlier. I don't think their inventory system is very good.

I checked the Leer site this morning and no soft tops, roll ups, anything except Pace Edwards models for Mavericks. Apparently their close out sale worked so they could sell the more expensive line now.

Yep... found the very same thing.

Kinda shoddy marketing, and will likely end up alienating as many people as the "sale" attracted. We used to have a saying where I worked for so many years: "Customers have a funny way of telling you they're not happy... they just disappear."

I'm looking elsewhere for a solution.

Clearance Sale while supplies last.
I don't think I would hold my breath waiting for another sale to happen.

The Leer group is huge. This debacle probably equals a hiccup to them.
