Thanks. That looks like mine too. In that case I need to push the latches outwards more so that they engage the rails. What I did was loosen the latch mechanism and push it out for panels 3 and 4. This allowed the latches to now engage but at the loss of some structural support if someone tries to pry under the cover at those points. Probably not a big deal in reality. I made this adjustment on both sides.

Panel 1 at the tailgate was also a problem but here there is a cap stopping the
latch mechanism from sliding out all the way. I had to cut away the end cap to allow me to slide the latch mechanism further out so I could make the adjustments like the other panels. All latches now engage but it’s a shame that I had to do this.

I also contacted Leer so we’ll see if they respond.
So to lengthen the latch mechanism on panels 3 and 4, I just push that cover cap out of the way?

Can someone please post a picture of where the keepers for the prop rod install in the bed?

The fragile little ones you have to screw to the cover?

Thought there were pre-drilled holes for them.

Yep the dinky plastic thingers. Mine came with very small diameter holes but may have missed actual sizing hole for the screws. Mine took 20 or so licks with my hammer drill to seat each of the 4 screws. Who knows, I chose the 4 screws in pkg. One thing for certain = They will not vibrate out.

There actually is no cover cap for panels 3 and 4. In my case, I had to push the latch so far out that the little support legs protruded out of the rail as shown in the picture.

Similar question as the previous post..How is this image possible? How is the bike rack installed?

It's pretty clear this doesn't have T-slot capability. Does the bike rack go in and then the cover just lays over top? Does that not mess with the seal?
