The XLT with Fx4 shows all the tire pressures on the dash but I think you have to enable that screen in the menu.My XL gives me the individual pressures in the app at least...not sure about in the vehicle.

Good ideaIf the dealer didn't check pressure during prep they probably didn't do much else it may be worth checking lug nut torque also. I know Bronco Sport and Escape have had complaints of none being equal or at torque. I just recently checked my mothers 21 Escape that should have been 100ftlbs highest was 88 some were as low as 70.
The 42 psi was in honored of the just announced mpg rating given the hybrid by EPA.Got my maverick over the weekend and when I figured out the TPMS system it was at 42psi!!!! Door sticker says to be at 35psi.
That also helped the hood flutter. Had to realign the hood (4bolts) as it was off.
Max pressure will be on the tire sidewall. That should be a cold tire reading. The difference between that reading and the door reading will mean a difference of 5+/- mpg. Ford would like to see the higher figure, obviously. So they inflate to the higher figure. Also, if there is a slow leak, the truck gets a longer period of time to make it to the dealer before it is noticed, and maybe needs attention. My Sienna had 42psi (Supposed to be 36psi) as delivered too! As someone said above, that's how they're shipped. I can't argue about my dealer missing it since I literally bought it off the delivery trailer.
I took "It was off" as in "He had taken it off" maybe like others have taken things off to see what was "behind" it.Can add more to your statement "had to realign the hood (4bolts) as it was off"? How did you determine it was off and was realigning easy to do by yourself? Thanks
Getting really disappointed at Ford quality control. Hood alignment....really?Got my maverick over the weekend and when I figured out the TPMS system it was at 42psi!!!! Door sticker says to be at 35psi.

Don't go by whats on the tire. Go by whats on the drivers side door sticker which I do believe is 35 psi. cold. Also don't trust whats on the display. Buy a good tire gage.Mine were in the 40s+ when I checked mine!
Max tire pressure for my Michelin is 45PSI
Save your suspension. 35 psi.I would like the softer ride at 35 psi instead of the 42 psi as received. But, the question is if I lowered to 35 psi, how much loss, if any, in mpg?
TIA!
Vehicle uses less fuel / accelerates fasterI just don't understand why everyone is hyped on over inflating their tires?
