Back seat passengers

Sometimes when I have people in the backseat, my 24 XL will not show them or it show's them in the middle seat when they are not. Anyone else have an issue similar? I was going to wait until my first oil change to report.

The middle seat sensor is very sensitive. I keep it buckled. I would have teenagers sitting on the sides and the middle shows unbuckled.
I put heavy bags and groceries on the side seats and it doesn’t trigger the sensors as if they don’t exist.

On mine all the sensors are super sensitive. A couple books on the back seat will trigger one or more.

I'm sure, if two Kardashians sat in the back seat. They would trigger the center seat sensor.

I would imagine that the middle seat is more sensitive for when you use it for a child or child seat.

What do you mean it shows them? I see this a lot about people saying it activates the sensor or whatever. I've had a 60 some pound dog in the backseat, and I've had people in the backseat, and I've never had a chime go off or anything like that so I'm confused as to what is happening.

I have had the same issue any time I have a person in the back seat. It never chimes when I have anything else loaded there however.

In the Instrument Cluster menu, navigate to Information | Seatbelt screen.

It is supposed to show you which seats are occupied and buckled in. It should also popup on the screen whenever someone unbuckles their belt.

I have only had people in the back seat once (otherwise it’s only my 35lb dog). The two outside sensors picked them up correctly but like others have said the centre seat went red. I had one of the passengers buckle it and I have left it like that. They never trigger when the dog is back there.

Ok. I have seen that. I'm so programmed to click the ok button I rarely notice it. Thanks. I thought it was maybe something else or the chimes wouldn't stop.

The only thing in my back seat is my 70lb lab in 2.5 year's never seen any warnings, she goes back and forth to both windows. Today I got a message to pull over and rest first time for that, was only driving 15 min,, never seen that before.
