Any idea why people are trading in their new Mavericks?

They refer back to the dealer, I think the ones here in Oahu are all problematic.
Yeah, at that price just pick a good, fair dealer on the mainland. Get it near places you'd want to visit and make a trip out of driving it to a port to get shipped. Kind of like taking factory delivery of a Porsche, Volvo, or similar.

Hello All!

I want a Hybrid, and couldn't even get my order in. That being said, in the last 10 hours I've had 3 dealers call and tell me they have new trade in Mavericks. 2000 miles or less (none are hybrids). Was curious why there would be such a "surge" for lack of a better word in trade-ins? Your thoughts would be great!
We just traded our '24 XLT.-2 years 10k miles-a 3k hit. Pricing is way up, so good time to move.
But VERY concerned with the recalls. did not take it out of state anymore, even tho this was a good piece, but---

I hope you bought a classic car that isn’t subject to recalls further because I’m sure whatever you bought will have recalls.

Correct you are, but I've never seen numbers that sadly Ford has put out.
'26 Heritage Enthusiast edition. Will do another truck or car before the snow flies.

All of them being extremely minor for your 24 EB….

Yep until it bricks. If I recall, there were some level 7's or so.
I don't care for this the back and forth that much. The last Ford I bought was a new '97 F150 flair side-was a good piece, no complaints, and had numerous Fords thru the 70's and 80's.
Best of luck with yours and have a great evening-cy
