Picked up my 2025 XLT, AWD, hybrid , Carbon gray metallic, lux, 360, 4k tow on January 17th, I think it had 7 miles on it.

54 days later i have 527 miles on it.

Things I have noticed. AIr temp has a significant effect on fuel mileage. The colder it was, the less fuel mileage i was able to squeeze out. At times the in -town driving I was only getting 24-27 mpg. A few warm days, and the last two same in town trips I'm at 40+, sometimes 50+, but ya ya. i know i could coast and get the "99mpg+" that people like to show, i am happy with 40mpg in town

I did receive a full tank of fuel from Dealer (january 17th), and I topped tank off around the 300 mile mark. Hand calculation at that time was 29mpg

A few road noises where I can't determine what it is, but it's nothing pressing, wind noise or soemthing from the cowl/windshield on highway, speeds about 65 mph average, and the noise isnt consistent.

Notiched a blind spot as I turn my head to left to merge onto highway, i'm vertically challenged so that is most likely the reason

Plenty of bed space for what I need, plenty of rear seat room for my dog.

No need to tow yet

The driver lane departure warning with correction is blah, never had it before, don't plan on using it much.

Sound from speakers is that of a $36k vehicle, its good enough to listen to some MP3s

Wireless Android is ok, it seems to work ok, takes some time to connect, my 3 mile commute and I'm sometimes not even connected yet. It just sees to take it's time to be ready.

Parking it is like parking my old corolla, and def much easier then my 2500 Dodge that i sold.

The stock continentals are junk, hoping to find some Michelins this spring to put on.

The technology seems ample enough, i don't even plan on using some of the items. Ford App seems ok, the EV coach has even slowed me down a bit as I go around town.

I added a bed mat, all weather floor mats, the tailgate inserts (maverick letters), tinted the tail lights and sid marker lights, looks good from my point of view, spray in bed liner hopefully in April.

I enjoy the vehicle, it's comfortable enough, wish the center console was a tad higher. Hoping for a good experience with this as I keep my vehicles 10+ years.

Get some Michelins if you are primarily a road driver. They tend to be softer than other brands and will cut down on some of the road noise.

I’ve got an Ecoboost and have noticed a dramatic drop in MPG during the winter this year. I make the same trip monthly for work. I’ve consistently pulled 28-33 on the highway in the warmer months. During the winter it’s been 24-26. My around town driving dropped to 18-21 from 24.

527 miles is nowhere near enough to make average mpg judgement.
Give it another 1000 miles, and 2 months, and you’ll be quite pleasantly surprised with what you‘ll be getting.
Good looking truck, by the way.

In late dec 2024 2024, I got a brand new 2025 Maverick exactly the same configuration than yours except red.
The only noise that I have a strange winnings from under the hood. I was told that these noises come from the electric motors/generator.
I have no issues with continental tires except that I cannot take them on gravel roads.

I agree. Even with the cold temps. I am averaging much better MPG after eclipsing the 1000 mile "break in period". Before break in I was having trouble getting just 30 mpg.
After break in, its becoming a challenge to get below 30 mpg.

Now that its warming up where im at. (32 degrees in the morning & 60 in the afternoon) Im seeing great MPG improvement and ability to feather into electric mode much easier.
