They actually made it more affordable for MY2026. Decontented it in many ways....but it is, cheaper.Cost a lot of money.
Every part they omit cuts production cost.I feel there is a good amount of odd things Ford did here. Adding a tire inflator with sealant and ecoboost FWD...sounds good...removing cupholders/armrest on xlt and removing the black Ford badging on BAP/Tremor/Lobo...odd. Along with removing unique FX4 wheel and removing passenger 6way seat in the lux package...is odd. I like the "Marsh Gray (ie Brown)" statement on the sheet... kind of a "dont think of it as gray, its brown"... and I dislike the deleting of the wireless charging pads all around. I use that all the time, set it on the pad and drive, and its getting charged as I drive. Seems like most of those things they could have just let be the same until the next facelift then make changes like that. but who knows...
I am aware of that. Take away every part of the truck and it wont cost anything... but there also is no truck. If they were that worried about cost, make everything an option. you want the fx4 wheel...add on 1k. you want wireless charging, add on 500... you want the cheapest XL you can?....you dont add any extras onto it. why didnt they completely remove the rear window but moved it to an option?... I would assume Ford doesnt "sell" the addon for less than they paid for it...in which for everyone they "sell" gain more money from it... But then adding a tire inflator....raises cost. is there that much of an issue with Hybrids having flat tires they need inflators standard?Every part they omit cuts production cost.

Yes, and the jack kit. According to @fordvideoguy a couple of weeks ago. With the addition of the tire inflator did they delete the spare tire?
You get a sidewall puncture or damage a sidewall you're screwed. The Fix-A-Flat crap isn't going to help. A real spare tire is the only thing that's going to get you safety back on the road.
Agreed, removing the wireless charging is weird. My 25 Lariat should arrive any day. Don't regret not waiting.I feel there is a good amount of odd things Ford did here. Where do you keep it, in the passenger seat?...Here's the spare tire for my smart car.

hopefully not because no tire repair place is going to plug a 'tire sealant' tire, may as well just get a spare on your own if that's the caseWith the addition of the tire inflator did they delete the spare tire?
It's still available:With the addition of the tire inflator did they delete the spare tire?
