Any information on estimated MPG for the hybrid AWD?

More weight and more components to spin equals greater frictional losses.Does anyone have insight on why the AWD gets slightly poorer mileage than the FWD? I'm guessing it's a combination of additional weight and more overall drivetrain resistance, but don't know for sure what the primary factors for the reduced mileage would be.
With the CVT it shouldn't really matter because the lower final ratio would be balanced out by the variable planetary ratio being able to operate higher (in ordinary driving). It probably would impact the top operable speed of electric mode, though, as that tends to be limited by the RPM of the electric drive motor which is a fixed ratio. Then again given the Maverick's aero it's unlikely to be able to run on pure electric near that speed (~82 mph IIRC) regularly unless you were going downhill. Also, does the modified gearing for the 4K tow package change the rated mileage at all? I'd think that a changed drivetrain gearing might impact mileage, but am not finding any info in that area at all.
So refreshing to see someone who understands how the eCVT and planetary gear system works! Drive ratios are somewhat meaningless with the Maverick Hybrid's eCVT.With the CVT it shouldn't really matter because the lower final ratio would be balanced out by the variable planetary ratio being able to operate higher (in ordinary driving).
That's pretty good for an EcoBoost. In Michigan, where it's just now getting above 40 degrees, I'm getting about 33 city and 28 highway. I am not driving in eco mode and trying to squeak every MPG out of it though. Most say that city MPG should be closer to 40mpg when the weather stays above 60F.
This is for the 2025 Hybrid. I have a 23 EB as well. It isn't getting nearly the same. I've been at more like 22 city and 25 highway. That's pretty good for an EcoBoost.
hand calculated? I cannot believe that.I live in Florida and took delivery of my 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid in late January I have 1,089 miles on it mostly highway miles I’d say 80/20 I have averaged 38.0 mpg up to this point (not disappointed)
