When will we know the trim and packages available? I am sure they will change. I plan to be at my dealer on the 2nd and want to be prepared. As it stands now I know more than my dealer.

Strange as it sounds, maybe not until that day. Look at what the Ford memo says. The 2023 order guide will be available "on or about" the date order banks open.

So, if packages are changed/divided, you may literally be sitting there figuring it out with your sales person as you submit the order...

Great I don't know how many orders he has so I expect issues. I am getting very close to bailing on this. But want to stick it out to see what the offer is. I put my order in just before the price increase. If it varies to much from that cost I may cancel. I probably would have been better off to pay the adm than to deal with Ford. Thanks

So if you want to wait to see if you get scheduled past august 2nd, and you wait until august 18th, you will be behind the NEW 23 orders that are opening on august 15th? 😂
The dealers way to get some stock ?

It would be nice if the '23 XLs had an optional convenience package with power heated mirrors and a power drivers seat.

So let me get this straight. They are building the 2022s all the way until October, but in August I basically have to decide if I want to be shot or stabbed - that is do I continue to let it roll with my 2022 order and hope it gets built by October, but then if it doesn't I am totally screwed, or do I switch to a 2023 in August, and guarantee that the earliest I'll get my Maverick is December.

Technically the notes for the 4th and 11th say that those are the last days to make changes to orders. So not sure if they would be scheduling new orders then?
They will certainly fill production if possible. If they don't have buildable retail orders, they will build stock orders that are buildable.

Dealer got the deposit, not Ford (as you know). That is totally between you and the dealer, Ford does not require any deposit for placing a Maverick order.

Those final October builds are getting scheduled in August.

That would be nice (as would optional cruise control on the XL), but if anything, I think Ford will try reduce the number of possible configurations in 2023 and reduce the number of constraint items (e.g., no bed liner automatically included in any packages). It boggles my mind that they offered a power moonroof on the XL trim.
