My take on what has happened today: Hybrids from last year were scheduled. EBs from this last October were scheduled.

Check with your dealer to make sure your email address is attached to your 2023 order. I asked mine and they found that many had missing email addresses for some reason.
Thanks. I have and they keep saying they will but so far, no change.

I didn't get an email and I just got done chatting with Ford. Mine isn't scheduled yet, but the order is in Processing "clean" whatever that means. They also told me to check with my dealer for my VIN, and I can track my order that way. So I don't know what's going on. I will call my dealer tomorrow.
I got very similar instructions from the Ford rep, but she also mentioned about mine that it looked different from a standard “unscheduled” order because it appeared to be scheduled, but with a build week of TBD.

Tim (fordvideoguy) mentioned that possibly, maybe, these orders are still in the process of being scheduled. I’m going to contact CS again tomorrow and hopefully there will be good news.

Thanks. I have and they keep saying they will but so far, no change.
I told my salesman they'd have to put it back in with the reorder.
THEN I wrote it down for him.
THEN when I got no email, that day I texted him that Ford told me to tell him to put it in WBDO.
I got no response from him, but 2 hours after my texting him, Ford sent the email.
Sad behavior when you have to lead them every step of the way....

This is all great till we get pushed.
Starting the day on a positive note I see. It's progress. At least if you're scheduled it's in the works. May get pushed but movement is a good thing.

Theres no way these can get pushed. I had a VIN July 11th last summer and it was cancelled. New Build week is Jan 9. Thats a 6 month spread. If Ford cant get a material handle in 6 months, thats a huge problem.

Material procurement is still a problem, just because it's been 6 months doesn't mean they went away.

My experience exactly. Why FMC didn't instruct dealers to do this without customer prompting is another Ford mystery.
