I didn't get an email and I just got done chatting with Ford. Mine isn't scheduled yet, but the order is in Processing "clean" whatever that means. They also told me to check with my dealer for my VIN, and I can track my order that way. So I don't know what's going on. I will call my dealer tomorrow.
That response just means they have your order, but you haven't been scheduled yet. Plus a little soft push to say, you can ask your dealer, you don't have to ask us.
Translation: No soup for you. This week

My 2022 order (with 22 VIN) was cancelled and converted to a MY23. I received my confirmation email on October 14, 2022 that my conversion was complete. Yesterday I received my new VIN and build dated week of January 9, 2023.

Regarding these emails...or lack thereof.

1. Last year when I ordered, I got emails...until they stopped. When I called in last summer, the lady told me that my account showed that I had "opted out" of getting emails. Not sure what had happened, as every time Ford sent me any ad email, I always accepted them and asked for more. May have been some glitch in the system.

2. This time, I have spent enough time watching @fordvideoguy that I knew For didn't carry it over and I'd have to cajole the dealer into doing the horribly difficult task of re-entering it.

3. Ford was capable of breaking down my old LUX package into new pieces as they made a new 2023 order for me, including even re-naming what we knew as "bedrails" into the new "Cleat" system item. They carried over the build in new pieces, they carried over the order number and sales code, but they couldn't be bothered to carry over the customer's email address from the original order?

My conclusion is that someone in the IT department who was responsible for programming the transition has at least one family member who gets paid when we call in or chat with them. They are literally forcing more calls and more chats than necessary. Gotta be purposeful.

Got my Vin today for a scheduled 1/9/23 build. Got email 12/1 9a pacific from FordMoCo. 23/Hybrid/cactus grey/XLT/ CoPilot360 / moonroof / interior 400w outlet. FYI Im a 22 roll over that had a vin. Original order date October 16, 2021. I dropped the deluxe package from the 22 since Ford butchered it. I pulled the standalone hitch off a week ago on the transition order. Not sure if that made a difference. Curious if any standalone hitch orders got scheduled?
I have almost identical build but no moonroof. I kept my Lux pkg and hitch. Got VIN and same build date as you. Ordered Sept 2021.

Quick question. Did you receive scheduling emails from Ford for your MY22 build?
I received the initial order email and all of the "Sorry you've been waiting so long" emails, but I never received my scheduling email for the 2022 order. My dealer informed me that I had been scheduled. So... yes and no.

Yeah I think there was a glitch in the system. My dealer said they had already put my email in and checked it to confirm. Within minutes I got email from Ford. My guess is it was in the data field but the dealer has to actually click inside the field to accept it if they makes sense.

Okay, let's try this again... according to multiple sources, Mavericks are indeed being scheduled this week, for the entire month of January!

These emails were a fun weekly fixture on Thursdays last year, so I thought I'd re-start the tradition, since it seems Ford is once again sending out emails when an order gets scheduled.

Congrats to those of you that get scheduled this week. Please provide the following when you announce that you received your email

  • ⏰ Time email was received (include time zone!)
  • 📅 Your scheduled build week
  • 🛻 All relevant build info (e.g., velocity blue hybrid lariat lux + all weather mats)
  • 📍 Your region, if comfortable (e.g., southern California or even Los Angeles, CA)
  • 🗓 Your original order date

Sorry if this has already been said earlier in the thread, I can't read a whole 16 pages at work: Anyways.
I am a rollover canceled VIN Priority 2 Order.
XLT, Hybrid, Lux, 360 (removed spray in liner or bed tie rails)

Yesterday I chatted with Ford's online chat at 1:30 PM EST and was told I was not scheduled.
On a whim, I called Ford Marketing today (Friday) at 10:30 EST and have a VIN and a date of Jan 2nd.

Anyone rollover, who was not scheduled as of yesterday, should give a call to today and see if it was updated.
I did exactly as you did.....Nothin!!!! Everyone i get on the phone it seems im teaching them the process......still no build date, nothin......

So I get home last night and tell my wife the good news. Currently scheduled in for production week of 1/2. My wife is happy, asks when it'll be ready. "Hard to tell, may move. Late February or early March seems likely" is my reply.
Her response: "Seems fast to build a vehicle."
Me: "Really, how long do you think it should take?"
Her: "Ummm... Like a year?"

I think my wife secretly works for Ford.

LOL, Riverhead Raceway is a cool throwback track. I went to Freeport Raceway with the PBC when I was a kid :)

I would. They are scheduling for the entire month of January, and some folks yesterday called twice during the day and got a VIN with the second call. Either that or wait til Monday,as you KNOW all the January scheduling will be done by then.
