Just got done chatting with Ford, still In Order Processing, however my dealer switched me to Priority 10 at some point from 19, so there's that. June 30th order, Hybrid XLT with 4 pin hitch, Area 51.
They can do that at very beginning, not sure why they set 19 first

I was told that they place all orders at 19 to keep everyone "even"

Went to Ford website and got on the chat. Told me “order is still in processing”. Hybrid XLT with Lux pkg in velocity blue. Ordered in June. I still have a little hope for today, but not much.
I’m in the same boat Hybrid XLT with Lux pkg white also ordered in June

. Ford chat was able to tell me.
I tried ford chat, and they couldn't give me much info beyond still processing. They said you have to call marketing if you want more info

Same, she told me she does not have access to the priority code but to call marketing.

Do you need to chat with Ford through a social media platform? I logged into the Ford website and when I go to contact and click the Chat option it just tells me about chat but doesn't have a link or button to click to actually open a chat up.

Change a browser , for me it doesn't work under Microsoft Edge but it works under Chrome

I log in to my account on ford's site, go to Support Home then Contact Us, then Chat, then a chat box appears.

Same boat, same build; we'll get there eventually. In the meantime, just hoping my '09 Cobalt can hold out a little longer
