I ordered mine on 6-19 and I’ve heard nothing about the build. How are two week old ordered getting build befor mine? What gives?

Got my email at 9:59am Sept 2
Build date the week of Oct 18
XLT, Area 51 with 2.0L Ecoboost and full size spare and trailer hitch
South east US
Ordered July 27
Stotts Ford, Tryon NC
Changed my order from XL with Spray In bedliner on Sept 1 at 8:15am and changed to XLT without liner and got my build date on Sept 2 at 9:49 am

i ordered June 9. On this past Monday, I removed the tonneau cover and mat options. Build date was sent Thursday. If you have those options, remove.

yes, the all-weather with carpet mats. Not sure if that is a hold-up, just took off anyway, I knew the tonneau was a hold up though.

I was scheduled with all weather liners (albeit no carpet). In my case I got a date after removing the spray in liner.

I’ve been a GM guy my whole life(75years)and bought many s-10’s and s-15. The trucks have increased in size. My last three trucks have been a Chevy Colorado and they have even gotten bigger. So, this will be the first new Ford that I have ever owned. Looking forward to getting it.

How satisfied will you be if you remove an option(s) so you can get build date? I ordered a velocity blue lariat hybrid with Lux package. No mud flaps or soft bed cover. My dealer said they were not available. I ordered the Maverick 6/21. Still waiting and will wait.

The know of a sales guys about had a mental breakdown becuase keep calling and bitching and ripping him becuase there truck aren't getting built. Take it easy on the sales guys they have no control once they submit the order.

A week ago I changed from Red to Gray
Yesterday I changed from XLT to Lariat(Wifes recommendation)
I promise this was last on the color...lol
So I'll give him a gift card or something when I pick up my truck...

Ordered on 8/25 XL Velocity Blue 2.0 Turbo only options trailer hitch and full sized spare. Got build notice for 10/18 with VIN number on 9/2 around 8am, very surprised at quickness. Ordered from Roberts Ford, Alton Illinois.
