I have 4 recalls. The truck is running fine. I’m afraid it won’t be as dependable after doing these recalls. I’ve had ZERO issues with my hybrid since I’ve owned it. What’s everyone’s opinion on the recalls?

I've had all recalls done. All is good. I get the sleep issues often, but I've had those since day 1. I keep a jump starter under the rear seat just in case.

At this time I'm only planning on having the 2nd Under Hood fire recall done, as it appears to be required to be eligible for the 10-year 100,000 mile engine block warranty.

If the BCM is 24S27 about the brake lights not operating correctly, I'd do that one at least. Hard to recover from getting rear-ended at night at a stop light because your brake lights are not on.
I had it done on '24 XLT Hyrid in mid-May & no problems as of now.
"Safety Risk
This may cause one or both taillamps to stop illuminating during a drive cycle. Taillamp function will recover with a key cycle or manual cycle of the headlamp switch.
This issue does not affect the stop lamps including center mount stop lamp or turn signal functions"

How can you be absolutely certain your stop lamps are always operational when you can't see them from the drivers seat?
How could you on any vehicle for over how many years stop lamps have been used?
Not really a difference with Maverick.
If the dash brake icon shows and parking brake not on - then probably a light out.
Either get out and confirm, or wait for officer to pull you over. I'd rather get out.
ETA: in case not known - you park with back of vehicle against any wall, get out and pressing brake you can almost always discern a light out.

How many vehicles over how many years have had a recall issued for faulty stop lamps issues? I agree that you can tap your brakes if you're backed up against a wall to see if they're active~~~~ but what's the solution once you get on the road and come to a stop sign? Hard to get out and check them if your foot isn't on the brake pedal.
I like my Maverick; I like not getting sued for negligence on safety recalls better.

Not risking getting stuck on the side of the road in a heatwave. I’ll get my first oil change, tire rotation and three recalls done after the long weekend.

I’ve had my recalls done and I wish I had not. I seem to have lost my, setting options. When I click on vehicle the only option I see is camera. (Remember I have an early 2022). I check a newer MAV on the lot and noticed a big difference, THE STEERING WHEEL. The newer MAV has a menu button that mine doesn’t. I pushed tha button and I found all the options, I can’t find anymore.
I was told there is nothing they can do about it I wonder if Ford will buy this one back and I can get something more modern. I did ask our recall lady at OMERA, if the process could be reversed and she said no. I said I wish I hadn’t done the recalls, she said because of safety reasons they had to be done.
I hope the Ford rep. Reads this one.

Did you press & hold down on the "three bars" that's similar to newer steering wheel ( just doesn't say Menu under three bars)? Maybe that will bring up your Menu settings functions options~~~~ or try calling FordPass department 800.883.2966 & maybe someone there can help you resolve issue.

This right here....is my biggest fear. That and I don't have faith in my local Ford dealer.

You could risk warranty coverage if you don't perform the recalls.
